Port Harcourt music icon and one of the leading African artistes in the music industry, Gift Eke, popularly known as Muma Gee, is bouncing back to shake up the industry with her latest and eagerly anticipated album, Muma Gee Come Back Concert.

The epoch-making and thrilling event is expected to take place on September 30, 2026, at Tamsil Gardens, 7A Abacha Road, GRA Phase 3, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

Speaking to journalists at a world press conference in Port Harcourt, Muma Gee disclosed that the conceptualisation of the Muma Gee Come Back Concert was not only to officially announce the return of the music goddess, Muma Gee, but also to sensitise fans, friends and family and create an ambience for them to feel and share in the efficacy of the renewed, reformed and refreshed music icon, Muma Gee.

According to the African artiste icon, her energetic and enigmatic vocal prowess, as well as her stylistic stagecraft, is reflectively and evidently displayed in her new songs, one of which is titled “Killing Me.”

She further stated that the idea behind the comeback concert was basically to keep fans and friends connected to the event and let people know that she was still in tune with the current realities in the music industry.

She opined that the only thing that was permanent in life was change and that, as humans, people sometimes changed to upgrade, build, impact and develop in diverse areas of human endeavour.

It will be recalled that High Chief Muma Gee has been a leading African artiste and icon whose record of achievements in the music industry has been remarkable.

Her unique performances have earned her national and international awards.
